Abstract: This study, titled "Systematization of Pedagogical Experiences in the Training of English as a Foreign Language (EFL) Teachers," aimed to reflectively and critically examine experiences gained during teaching practicums and observations conducted at various educational institutions. The study addressed all fundamental aspects, including the strengths and weaknesses that emerged during this stage. A qualitative methodology based on detailed descriptions of teaching and observation was employed. The research was conducted at two educational institutions located in the cities of Salcedo and Loja. The sample consisted of six observed classes and six practicum classes, covering both primary and secondary education, with groups ranging from approximately 10 to 26 students. Data were collected on four key aspects: planning, linguistic elements, learning management, and methodology. Instruments such as observation notes and field journals were used, enabling the identification of competencies and areas for improvement through comprehensive analysis. The goal is to provide students with high-quality training and meet their needs. Finally, the study demonstrated the importance of systematization in the educational context, as it allows future teachers to reflect deeply on the classroom environment, strengthen their knowledge, and put it into practice.es_ES
