Abstract: Abstract: The current project, Systematization of Pedagogical Experiences in the EFL Teaching Training Program, aims to systematize the pedagogical experiences developed during the Teacher Training Program for English as a Foreign Language. The study focused on reflecting on and analyzing experiences acquired during Observation Practicum 1 and Teaching Practicum 2. A qualitative approach was employed, using classroom observation as the main technique to collect and interpret information related to the teaching-learning process. The systematization was based on 20 classes observed during Practicum 1 and 20 classes taught during Practicum 2 in Basic General Education and High School. Four key aspects were examined: planning, which supports the organization and sequencing of instruction; linguistic aspects, related to language use and development; learning management, associated with classroom management and student participation; and methodology, focused on teaching approaches, strategies, and resources implemented in the classroom. The analysis identified strengths and areas for improvement in teaching practice. Moreover, the practicum experience encouraged reflection on effective pedagogical decisions and contributed to the development of professional competencies required for future English teachers in diverse educational contexts and settings.
