Abstract

The "Israel" Particular educational unit, has a history of 10 years in the city of Manta, this period has been characterized by providing quality education based on Christian values, complying with the requirements of the national Government and the Plan for good living in terms of the adequacy of its infrastructure and technological equipment, which is recognized at the local level. The present work aims to undertake a review of comprehensive audit to the Israel educational unit in 2013, during this process will evaluate their performance the financial Area, Internal Control, in compliance with the rules to which it is subject and finally the Management Area, for the application of the methods used such as the deductive inductive, descriptive and analytical, will be issued an assurance report, which will provide useful information to the management for making decisions based on the recommendations raised. The techniques that have been used to collect information useful for auditing include observation, verification and Control of questionnaires, to the teachers and administrators.
