Abstract

Abstract: This final work of the master program shows a concrete and practical example of the application of the concepts, strategies and actions for an efficient management of the school: Unidad Educativa Mariscal Sucre. To do this I design an open and flexible methodology to acquire the information results applied by the surveys, in wish it describe the leadership of the authorities of the school. From the result I could establish that school community maintains and put into practices institutional values and it has a committed staff, which recognizes its weaknesses and work on them to turn them into their strengths. All these factors have been contrasted with a variety of literature and research work from others school. During the Master Program it was emphasized the management of schools and its leadership with an efficiency customer satisfaction. Under these definitions it has allowed Unidad Educativa Mariscal Sucre maintained traditional processes, looking for the positive actions and discharging negative and poor behaviors processes of. The school is willing to implement innovative and feasible proposal and to add dynamic management.
