Abstract

In this paper titling Management Assistance and Public Relations, and participation within the National Research Program entitled "Strategic Planning and Evaluation of Communication in Ecuador, there has been research in the Autonomous Decentralized Government of the Province of El Oro (Prefecture de El Oro), in particular to: PLAN DE DESARROLLO Y ORDENAMIENTO TERRITORIAL DE LA PROVINCIA DE EL ORO, 2014 – 2025. The aim of thiswork is to contributeto the investigation ofcommunication inEcuador, evaluating projects, plansandcommunication strategies thathavethe organization, itsform of verificationand control,asdoesthe scopeto the generalpublic. To achievethecompletion of this workthe methodologyofcase studywas used, which is to knowthe contribution thatprovidesplanningand evaluationof strategic communicationto the objectivesof the organizations. Once our investigation, we found that the Strategic Planning and Evaluation of Communication, is not yet fully implemented within the organization object of our investigation, he meets an acceptable manner each of the study variables, but fail to an optimum point, i.e. still needs improving in some instances, procedures and actions.
