Abstract

This investigation development has like topic "to Design a Model of Administration for Processes in the Managerial Unique Window of the Municipal Decentralized Autonomous Government of Otavalo town", unit that lends services to the citizenship, product of strategic alliances . In this sense, as he/she has gone growing the number of users, the resources of the VUE have been limited, generating inconveniences; those that impair the quality of the services; for such a reason the necessity settled down of outlining a Model of Administration for Processes, for which was important to analyze the quality and the value perceived by the users; from the focus of the strategic planning; that is to say identifying those that are classified as managerial processes, critical and support. Likewise it was identified which of these processes they are those that generate added value and that in turn they require bigger attention. Finally low the previous considerations the realization of the administration manual was sustained by processes that it allows to align, to integrate and to unify the processes appropriately with the strategic objectives of the VUE.
