Análisis de los elementos de terror en los cuentos “sin aliento y otros relatos de ultratumba” y “cuentos de terror y misterio” del escritor ecuatoriano contemporáneo Henry Bäx

Abstract

This research analyzes the elements of terror present in the stories: "breathless and other tales from beyond the grave" and "Tales of terror and mystery" of the Ecuadorian writer contemporary Galo Silva, better known by his pseudonym Henry Bäx. This work is intended that the reader is involved in all the events that are taking place in the different frames and that go discovering and interpreting the different elements that the author makes use to give life to stories full of terror, where all the supernatural is possible. The tales of Bäx are very attractive and easy to understand because it makes use of a simple language and clear; the protagonists are children, adolescents and adults, being the main component in their works the tragic death that unexpectedly surprised.
