Análisis de los usos de la tecnología en los estudiantes de la Universidad Central del Ecuador.

Abstract

The current research is mainly focus on the different uses of the internet by the students of the Central University of Ecuador. The objective is to build a database so that students through the use of the technology can optimize their academic performance. The students that are part of the survey have been divided into groups with higher level of learning and minor level of learning, higher and minor level of entertainment. Meanwhile on the academic performance we have divided into two groups, label as approved and not approved students. The results obtained show that the monthly income has not effect on the use of the internet for learning o entertainment purposes, on the hand; the academic performance is not affected by the level or use of the technology
