Abstract:In this project develops a "Comprehensive Management Plan", which contains the necessary lineaments to turn the reserve into a tourist place that attracts the interest of the public, combining tourism, environmental and economic issues in a sustainable manner. Also was made a description of the background of the reservation, and later establish a comprehensive diagnosis comprising a tourist, environmental, administrative and infrastructure analysis. In addition, was made the attractions inventory of the reserve, with these data, is did the FODA, which served to establish the strategic lines of action. The total amount for this project is US $ 82,929.74 US dollars in this budget are considered the programs to be implemented, as well as consider providing additional services on the reserve as internet and television, this budget also includes a social lounge and placing a cover on the terrace of the refuge. With the Integrated Management Plan contributes to the management and administration of the reserve through a proposal that seeks combine the natural environment with tourist activities that don't destroy the area.
