dc.description	El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo verificar el cumplimiento de leyes y regulaciones al área de talento humano de la Policía Nacional del Ecuador Subzona - Loja N° 11, realizando una auditoría de cumplimiento, tomando en cuenta bibliografía principalmente de las INTOSAI y demás autores pertinentes. El examen ha sido una investigación de tipo informativo y descriptivo que se desarrolló en base a los parámetros establecidos en la INTOSAI (planificación, ejecución, valoración de la evidencia y el informe). Además, se utilizaron las técnicas de auditoría pertinentes como la observación, inspección, entrevista, análisis y demás; lo que dio como resultado la oportuna, precisa y confiable información, para dar paso a la comunicación del mismo a las autoridades competentes. El trabajo se lo ejecutó con el fin de ser una herramienta para la institución, proporcionando información que ayude al personal a cumplir con la normativa aplicable y por tanto al logro de sus objetivos institucionales	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	This research work aims to verify the fulfillment of laws and regulations of area of human talent of The National Police of Ecuador Subzone - Loja N° 11, conducting a fulfillment audit; taking into account mainly the from the INTOSAI and other relevant authors. The examination has been an informative and descriptive research type which was developed in regards to the parameters established in the INTOSAI (planning, implementation, evaluation of the testing and report). In addition, it was used relevant audit techniques such as observation, inspection, interviews, analysis, and others; which gave as results the timely, accurate and reliable information giving the way to the communication of itself to the competent authorities. The study was carried out in order to be a tool for the institution, providing information that allows the staff to comply with the applicable normative and thus to achieving its corporate goals.	es_ES
