Abstract

In our country there have been great advances in the health area, carrying out investments to create and improve the health centers of first level so that people can have a health service quality and effectiveness, but unfortunately these are not fully exploited or distributed to optimize resources, to not have any Financial Management System that allows for sustainability actions of Care Model. The project was developed under the methodology of the logical framework with its operational tools and featured advice from the Technical University of Loja. Which failed to meet the objectives. Health Center Camino Al Sol District 09D02 Zone 8 and planillado was paid entirely with 100% compliance activities, obtaining a total cost of $ 857,697.44, for a total of 49,942 attentions, giving a value for cost $ 17.17 care, monitoring and improvement strategies recommended by the implementation, measurement and analysis of indicators, in order to strengthen management activities.
