Análisis de los impactos y plan de mejoras para el desarrollo del agroturismo en la parroquia de Guayllabamba del cantón Quito en la provincia de Pichincha

Abstract

Abstract: The present thesis in completion of graduation requirements, presents the implementing of a plan of improvements for the development of agro-tourism in the parish of Guayllabamba, with the main objective being that of preparing tourism agriculture development projects, that include lodging with the families of the area and supplemented with the learning of the agricultural techniques presently practiced in the parish. The impacts of agro-tourism that positively or negatively influence the growth of the population, will be analyzed by taking into account the active participation of the inhabitants as principal actors and beneficiaries of agro-tourism, and their concerns and observations. Likewise, the plan of improvements seeks to include the participation of the local authorities and increase the awareness on the part of the private business enterprises of the sector of the need to work together insocial responsibility with projects that improve the external environment of the parish. The implementing of agro-tourism intends to increase the potential of the parish of Guayllabamba as a new tourist destination of the Metropolitan District of Quito, considered as it is as being a land blessed with natural and cultural resources that have still not been discovered.
