Necesidades de formación de los docentes de bachillerato del Instituto Tecnológico Agropecuario Fisco Misional Calasanz, de la provincia de Cañar, ciudad de Cañar, período 2012-2013

Abstract

The present descriptive research work was carried out in Cañar province, Cañar canton and Cañar city, at the Calasanz Institute of Agricultural Technology, in the academic year 2012-2013. The objective of the study was to know the needs of teachers of Baccalaureate of the Institute mentioned. In this research action was worked with a sample of 26 high school teachers of the Technological Institute Calasanz; The instrument that was applied for the data collection was the questionnaire "Training Needs" Teachers of High School of the Ministry of Education. This instrument is organized in six parts: institutional data, general information of the researcher, teacher training, courses and trainings with respect to the educational institution and what is related to the pedagogic practical improvement, with a total of forty-four items. From the analysis of the obtained information it was concluded that the majority of teachers had needs in the educational didactic training. For which a course of 30 hours was designed that covers what is the part of education and pedagogy as well as teaching and didactics.
