Abstract: Currently, Open Educational Resources (REA) provide a free and free means for the teaching and learning process, through digital resources based on: "Educational Contents, Tools and Implementation Resources", which can be used and adapted According to the needs of the user through the internet. The Open CourseWare are part of these resources, characterized by their courses produced by Universities that promote universal access through the use, reuse, adaptation and distribution of educational materials under open licenses (Creative Commons). Since the advent of Web 2.0 in the 1990s, thousands of users have used the Internet in a more open, participatory, collective and collaborative way. In this context, the purpose of this titling work is to establish parameters that improve access and use to OCW resources, using tools that allow the measurement and evaluation of access to OCW resources, through the use of social networks as Media, communication and collaboration of content on the internet.
