Abstract

Abstract: This study consists of the Systematization of the pre-professional practices developed in basic education and high school, the purpose of this work is to analyze in depth and identify how learning practice helps future teachers to consolidate their pedagogical practices acquired during the different courses. of practices in the UTPL. The systematization of experiences aims to examine teaching competencies, the quality of teaching and knowledge necessary to strengthen skills teachers. The process consisted of collecting information through observation, description, analysis of the study plans and of the English classes carried out in the role assistant and trainee teacher in primary and high school classrooms. During this process, future teachers learned how to put their knowledge into practice in a real life teaching situation, this process helped to improve future teaching and how to use the correct methodology and materials according to the needs of each classroom, This work will serve as an instrument to disseminate its results and lessons learned.
