Systematization of Pedagogical Experiences in the EFL Teaching Training Program

Abstract

Abstract: This work of Systematization of pedagogical experiences of the program of teacher training English as a foreign language, has as its main objective reflect on and analyze positive and negative aspects of pre-professional practices carried out in Academic Practices 1 and 2, in order to obtain conclusions that allow us to improve our teaching practices. This systematization process includes observation and teaching practice. In the first stage, the observation of five Basic Education classes (with one student) and five classes in Baccalaureate (with a group of students). In the second stage, the teacher-students played the teaching role, the systematization of five classes taught in Basic Education and five classes in High School. The method applied in this work was descriptive with a qualitative approach for data collection using a data sheet observation. The analysis was based on the following aspects: planning, aspect language, learning management and methodology. It is concluded that teachers have good command of the English language, as well as the use of resources and activities to improve students' command of the English language.
