| Abstract: | Abstract: The present work entitled "systematization of teaching practice" developed in the Unit Educativa Pérez Pallares, Quito", has the purpose of addressing possible weaknesses in the planning process and identify opportunities for improvement in teacher training. He The objective of the study was to evaluate the results of the teaching practice based on the analysis of the elements of the lesson plan, towards reorienting, basing and innovating the performance in Classroom. The work began with the technique of bibliographic review and field research, starting from the hermeneutic, analytical, synthetic, inductive and deductive method through tables of organization and assessment, with the parallels of the sixth year of basic education systematized four lesson plans: Mathematics, Language and Literature, Natural Sciences, and Social Studies. Among the results obtained it is mentioned to integrate the skills with criteria of performance with the evaluation indicator to achieve significant learning. HE concludes that the systematization of teaching practice is essential learning that contributes to developing strategic planning and directing teaching work towards a relevant organization of the lesson plan. |
| Description: | Resumen: El presente trabajo titulado sistematización de la práctica docente desarrollado en la Unidad Educativa Pérez Pallares, Quito , tiene la finalidad de atender a las posibles debilidades en el proceso de planificación e identificar oportunidades de mejora en la formación docente. El estudio tuvo como objetivo evaluar los resultados de la práctica docente partiendo del análisis de los elementos del plan de clase, hacia reorientar, fundamentar e innovar el desempeño en el aula. El trabajo inició con la técnica de revisión bibliográfica e investigación de campo, partiendo del método hermenéutico, analítico, sintético, inductivo y deductivo mediante tablas de organización y valoración, con los paralelos de sexto año de educación básica se sistematizaron cuatro planes de clase, Matemática, Lengua y Literatura, Ciencias Naturales, y Estudios Sociales. Entre los resultados obtenidos se cita integrar las destrezas con criterio de desempeño con el indicador de evaluación para alcanzar un aprendizaje significativo. Se concluye que la sistematización de la práctica docente es un aprendizaje esencial que contribuye a desarrollar la planificación estratégica y orientar la labor docente hacia una organización pertinente del plan de clase. |
