Abstract

Abstract:The research sought to analyze the perception of young and adult students for education extraordinary at the upper basic level, virtual distance modality. The methodology used was the non-experimental, transversal, descriptive, with a qualitative and quantitative approach, whose population is 187 students, applying a simple random sampling for convenience, research technique the same survey that was adapted based on the questionnaire of Capelleras and Veciana (2004), based on the SERVQUAL model submitted to a pilot test. These methods made it possible to collect and process the necessary information. Finally, the perception of young and adult students at the upper basic level, the virtual distance modality is positive and is considered in a high percentage as the best option to complete the studies basic education of people with unfinished schooling, this modality being the one that allows them to carry out the teaching-learning process in their time and space in a way autonomous.
