Entornos virtuales de aprendizaje y su incidencia en la educación superior en tiempos de pandemia

Abstract

Abstract: The teaching-learning process is constantly evolving in order to adjust to social demands. Virtual Learning Environments (EVA) are established as a flexible, effective and efficient alternative for the development of Higher Education. In the present investigation, the incidence of Virtual Learning Environments in Higher Education during the pandemic will be analyzed. The research presents a mixed approach and a descriptive-exploratory type of research. The data collection instruments are a survey applied to eight teachers and seventy-five students. The results show that the use of the EVA in online mode, during the teaching-learning process is important, which is the teacher must investigate and train on the management of the EVA platforms. It is concluded that the use of the EVA does affect the educational process, but, for there to be satisfactory results in the academic performance of the students, it is necessary that both the teacher and the student are clear about the management of educational platforms.
