Caracterización de las competencias profesionales del educadora infantil

Abstract

Abstract: The objective of the research is to identify the main competences, through the quantitative methodology, of a descriptive-exploratory type directed to all teachers of initial education in Ecuador, which allows it to be an application instrument through a questionnaire of different competences for teachers in early childhood education aimed at initial education teachers who work with children. This instrument is divided into the following: pedagogical, planning and org animation, theoretical and knowledge, socioeconomic, research and updating, technological, mediation and conflict resolution and attention to diversity. The performance of this work is based on the preparation of the teacher and the pedagogical work of the educators since this process fulfils a social function with specific knowledge of the subject based on the understanding of the realities and expectations of the context from their economic, social and cultural aspects. The population is 10 teachers from different fiscal educational centres, individuals is the main result, it can be observed that the "Competence de mediation y resolution de conflicts", has a comprehensive vision of information in theoretical and practical principles that allows them a systematic.
