Systematization of Pedagogical Experiences in the EFL Teaching Training Program

Abstract

Abstract:In this work entitled Systematization of Pedagogical Experiences in the EFL Teacher Training Program, the objective of the project was to analyze and learn from pre-professional teaching practices in the area of ​​English, for this purpose used recordings of classes from some teachers, as well as recordings of classes where I had been a lead teacher, these classes were aimed at high school students. basic education and high school, in addition the qualitative method was used for the development of the study since it allows collecting and analyzing data to understand experiences. Information obtained through reliable means such as articles scientific and previous studies was also used to support the realization of the analysis. From this, six conclusions were reached based on planning, linguistic aspects, learning management and methodology, along with this the project of systematization has contributed to the development of pedagogical skills in the English language, in the same way through the act of systematizing it was possible to acquire knowledge and contemplate the great importance of pre-professional practices because they bring with them teaching experience.
