Preferencias académicas de los estudiantes de la Carrera de Derecho y su vinculación con los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS,) a través del estudio de sentencias

Abstract

Abstract: The Objective and analysis of this thesis considers the real preferences of those who decide study law. As students we need to better understand the areas or specializations in which we would like to develop as professionals. By virtue of these preferences and as a practical case for learning, the study of this sentence as an example of violated rights. If we link the mentioned with the Sustainable Development Goals, we relate it to SDG 16. This sentence was ruled by the Constitutional Court of Ecuador N. 195-17-SEP-CC the same one that is aligned with Objective N. 16. And it is related to the promulgation of societies peaceful, fair and inclusive so that public bodies are effective and responsible. Thus, SDG 16 protects Access to Quality Justice, Legal Security, Judicial Protection Effectiveness, Rights of Participation, Communication and Information and Right to Good Public administration. We can add as an introduction that The methods for this study have been the investigation of laws, regulations, agreements, rulings and statistics found in specialized databases and legal information.
