Systematization of Pedagogical Experiences in the EFL Teaching Training Program

Abstract

Abstract: The present study, which focuses on the Systematization of Pedagogical Experiences in the EFL Teacher Training Programme. So its objective is to reflect and analyze the positive and negative pedagogical aspects of pre-professional practices as an EFL teacher at the basic and high school levels. The study was carried out in two phases. In the first phase, as an observer teacher, analyzed three videos of basic education classes and three videos of baccalaureate. In the second phase, as main teacher of the Educational Unit of the Milenio Guayzimi, three basic education lesson plans and three high school class plans. The instruments used for systematization They were class plans, videos and memories from previous semesters. For the analysis, applied a qualitative method. Taking into account the four pedagogical aspects of planning, linguistic aspects, learning management and methodology, were carried out reflections with scientific support for each of these aspects. In conclusion, the systematization of practices provides teachers in training with an analysis critical that generates solutions to the problems encountered in language teaching English.
