Abstract

Abstract: This degree work addresses the study of the preferred subject chosen, the What is Constitutional Law, through the study of ruling No. 1539-19-EP/22, dictated by the Constitutional Court of Ecuador and its relationship with the Development Objective Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) No. 16: Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions. Within this sentence analyzed the extraordinary protection action presented by former judges separated from the judicial career, against the resolutions issued by the Judicial Council, prior having instituted the protection action and its respective appeal, in which violated the constitutional rights of effective judicial protection, legal security and the due process in guaranteeing motivation. Through this legal investigation, showed the negligence committed by the Unit and Chamber judges at the time to resolve the protection action, considering that it is an issue of legality, which which, effectively, violates the constitutional rights of the plaintiffs.
