La forma arquitectónica como elemento determinante del confort térmico de la vivienda de clima cálido húmedo – Zumba.

Abstract

In a design of a house, there is a theme that must be considered at the moment of a project is designed; we refer to the architectural way, since, this influences in the thermical comfort which if it is previously analized will allow reaching an invironment that has a good thermical outcome and adapted to the reality, so it provides physical, mental and social well-being.

In the investigation, a thermical analysis of two houses with different types was carried out in the most affected zone of the Zumba city, which allowed us to see which one has a better thermical action. In the work, it was determined that, due to the weather variety in the sector, the thermical strategies must be passive, since in this way a suitable thermical comfort is reached.

This project will be a guide for the designers whose ideal is to build houses adapted to the invironment, in order to seek not only esthetic comfort but also thermical one, in the inner invironments, therefore, there will no be necessary to use heaters and fans
