Abstract

The present research related to the theories of learning applied by teachers of the Unified General Baccalaureate of the College "9 de Mayo", aimed to design a methodological proposal that incorporates the theoretical principles of learning centered on the student's role in the construction of knowledge As the central axis of the formative process. For the collection of information, the survey and bibliographic review were used as techniques. The analysis of the results allowed to propose an alternative to promote the practice of constructivist theory. It is concluded in the study that there is no agreement between what current education demands and the approach practiced in the institution, so it is recommended to put into practice the constructivist approach in the teaching learning process, through study and training that strengthen the The student's autonomy will be achieved, with the understanding that each one of them can achieve a true learning that is useful in everyday life and applicable to everyday situations in individual moments
