Metodología para aplicar las teorías del aprendizaje en el proceso formativo en el Bachillerato General Unificado en la Unidad Educativa Lauro Damerval Ayora de la ciudad de Loja

Abstract

The present investigative work related with the methodologies to apply the learning training process theories in the Unified General Bachelor´s degree of the Unidad Educative “Lauro Damerval Ayora” of Loja city, it had like objective to design a methodological proposal that incorporates the theoretical principles of the Centered learning on the protagonism of the student. Based on the characterization of the principles of learning theories and on the diagnosis of methods and techniques; they are used by teachers in their pedagogical practice. For the information collection, the survey and documentary review were applied as a technique, the analysis of results allowed to determine conclusions and propose relevant recommendations for the change, strengthening and adoption of new actions that teachers should implement to improve the teaching-learning process. It is concluded that in the teacher´s practice of the respondents prevail the principles of the cognitive approach and in the concerning to the didactic strategies used predominate the cultural historical- partner. Therefore, it is recommended to implement training workshops for the teachers of the institution surveyed, based on the constructivist.
