Propuesta de mejora del clima de aula escolar. Estudio realizado en el Séptimo Año de Educación General Básica, paralelos A y B de la Unidad Educativa Emaús Fe y Alegría, en el Distrito Metropolitano de Quito, provincia de Pichincha, en el Año Lectivo 2016- 2017.

Abstract

This proposal aimed at improving the conditions of the climate in the school classroom was based on the current conditions of the same in the Seventh Year of Basic General Education, parallels "A" and "B", of the Educational Unit "Emmaus Fe y Alegría”. Its main objective was to provide the institution with a potential tool for diagnosis and analysis of its current condition. Statistics and suggestions very useful if there is adequate predisposition. To achieve referents and diagnoses, it was made known the scope of research and potential institutional benefits; the subject was socialized with teachers and appropriate information was collected through student surveys and interviews with teachers. Certain conditions, which are mentioned in the study, could influence the reliability of the information. The final result shows only satisfactory data, indicates an inappropriate implementation of strategies that promote the recognition and appropriation of the concepts that the school climate brings with it; and that the selection of classroom type shows variations to the types of structured relationship, excessive competitiveness and orientation to organization and stability, always in more or less satisfactory terms.
