Estudio socio jurídico de la ley orgánica de educación superior respecto al sistema de admisión a la educación superior pública en el Ecuador

Abstract

The present investigation; "Socio-Legal Study of the Organic Law of Higher Education regarding the System of Admission to Public Higher Education in Ecuador", "has as its general objective to carry out a socio-legal study of public policy and rules regarding the system of admission to education superior in Ecuador. In developing its content, we will discuss the cross-cutting issues related to access to constitutionally established free education and its influence on the higher education system that impacts on society, affecting young people who seek to forge a future through it. The type of research is scientific, the methods used were theoretical-legal, exegetical, historical, analytical and synthetic, the techniques used were surveys and interviews with system actors. Among the results is to establish whether the public policies expressed especially in the Organic Law of Higher Education and its secondary regulations, have met or not with its objective of guaranteeing the right to education and provide proposals to improve the higher education system.
