Abstract

Abstract : This research was concerned with the "Management of the teaching-learning process at the primary school education level of Unidad Educativa Particular Eugenio Espejo, Loja, Loja province ". The performance of teachers regarding the management of the teaching-learning process, based on the analysis of the present academic activities planning was studied. The analyses were carried out with a population of 6 teachers and 134 students, using the descriptive, inductive-deductive, analytical, synthetic and statistical method. They were applied, several techniques: literature review, observation and surveys. Through the analysis of these documents, an intervention strategy could be proposed aiming at the improvement in the management of the teaching-learning process from teachers, and therefore, leading to an effective learning process for students. It was concluded that the evaluated teachers obtained a satisfactory result with regards to the elaboration and planning of course activities. However, it is recommended to organize workshops and inform teachers on the implementation of new and innovative teaching techniques, in order to achieve a higher quality education.
