Gestión del proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje en la educación general básica de la Unidad Educativa UNE, del cantón Azogues, Ecuador, año lectivo 2017 – 2018

Abstract

Abstract:The present research called Management of the teaching-learning process in the basic education of the UNE Educational Unit, of the Azogues canton, Ecuador, 2017-2018 school year, aims to evaluate the performance of the teachers of this school, on the basis of the diagnosis of the current conditions of the planning of this process. For this purpose, research methods such as inductive-deductive, analytical-synthetic and observation were used. In the same way, this work was supported by the survey, observation and documentary review; and based on the analysis of the results obtained, an intervention proposal was implemented aimed at improving the didactic proposals of the teaching staff. Among the conclusions reached are two: the need to make curricular adaptations to meet the learning needs of students; as well as the importance of including in the classroom programming the evaluation process in its three functions: diagnostic, formative and summative. Therefore, it is essential that the teacher at the time of planning take into consideration didactic proposals that respond to the reality of the student.
