Gestión del proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje en la Educación Básica de la Escuela Fiscal Mixta N 7 Carlos Torres Salas, provincia del Guayas, Ecuador, año lectivo 2018

Abstract

Abstract:The research project "Management of the teaching-learning process in Basic Education of the Carlos Torres Salas Mixed Fiscal School", of Yaguachi, province of Guayas, Ecuador ", has the purpose of evaluating the teaching performance, based on the analysis of the current realities of the planning of this process. For the collection of information we worked with a sample of four educators, using the method of scientific observation, descriptive, analytical-synthetic, inductive-deductive and statistical, were handled as techniques: reading, observation, survey and analysis of documents, through the results obtained, strategies were programmed to enhance the performance of the teachers investigated. It is concluded that teachers show a satisfactory level of performance in the educational process; however, the didactic-pedagogical strategies they use do not offer the possibility of promoting the individual skills of the students. However, it is recommended a perennial preparation of teachers, which allows innovative methodologies to challenge new educational challenges, attention to diversity and educational quality.
