Abstract

Abstract:The understanding of the buildings, located in historical centers are analyzed from their affective value to their materiality, important and essential points for possible interventions, so this thesis project proposes a readjustment of the Building that currently functions as the educational campus, "La Inmaculada", with the purpose of preserving, rehabilitating and improving the levels of habitability in the historic center of the city of Loja. This research aims to be a contribution to the knowledge and contribute to the development and conservation of the historical centers, by means of the proposed new use of the building it is sought to solve the conglomerate of activities, the congestion vehicular, pedestrian, and controversy problems in the center of the city; This is how an integrated permeable project is deployed to its environment that proves to be economically sustainable for society and for the educational establishment that requires a new location.
