Abstract

Abstract:The present research work entitled: "Conflict and mediation for the living towards a culture of peace". Comparative analysis between the tax College and fiscomisional of upper basic and high school in the city of Loja during the academic year 2018-2019.Manifested, strengthen family ties and the human environment to decrease violence. Raise awareness in the two intuitions to educate for peace since it is a way of educating in values, between the educational community. Descriptive research was conducted for this. 37 teachers and 110 students constitute the sample. The methods of research: quantitative, qualitative and descriptive. Technique for data collection: the survey and as an instrument of the same, the questionnaire. It is concluded that in these institutions there are conflicts that are unresolved, due to lack of days of training and socialization for the conflict resolution and mediation; It should be accompanied to teachers so that they respond to these challenges; for this reason, proposes its implementation as a solution to the problem.
