Abstract

Abstract:Eximsa is dedicated to the integral management of foreign trade with a qualified customs agent credential, the obvious problem are the delays in the delivery of customs procedures, breach of budgets, administrative disorder and deviation of the goals set at the beginning of operations and that have persisted in their permanence in the market. The research aims to establish the guidelines to successfully implement kaizen. The methodology consisted of a documentary research, non-experimental-descriptive design, the data were taken from a survey applied to the 10 workers, additionally an analysis of the infrastructure of the offices in Quito was made to improve the working conditions, whose results they were summarized quantitatively where work environment situations of improvement were determined, and finally conclusions and recommendations were defined to manage the changes that must be operated in the framework of the decisions made by management, through a work schedule of costs, responsible and execution time.
