Diseñar redes ODN para GPON en el sector El Rosal al sur de la ciudad de Loja.

Abstract

The present project shows the design of an Optical Distribution Network (ODN) based in GPON (Gigabit/captable Passive Optical Network) technology of a location in Loja city, specifically in El Rosal and Geranios neighborhood to the Corporación Nacional de Telecomunicaciones CNT E.P. which allows make a telecommunications services (telephony, Internet, TV) demand study to determinate the future demand in the zone. Subsequently, the GPON network design is detailed based on the regulations of CNT E.P. it begins with the dispersion network design followed by feeder, feeder, channeling and the distribution network which have the ability to cover the current commercial base and future demand focused on providing telephony, Internet and TV telecommunication services. Finally, the technical viability of the ODN is shown through an optical balance considered within the CNT recommendations. Subsequently it is shown that the project is profitable by determining the total budget and financial analysis with the profitability indicators VAN and TIR.
