Abstract

Abstract: This research work was carried out with the objective of knowing the degree of development of children through the "Integral development evaluation of children 4 to 6 years of age", the objective is to determine the degree of development of children, This work was done in the José Mejía Lequerica Educational Unit during the 2019-2020 school year, located in the city of Machachi, in the initial level II classroom of 17 children from the age of 4 to 5 years, participate in this proyect. For the investigation the descriptive method was used to collect the information and in the observation of the children and later register them in the tests, the inductive-deductive method was also used to understand the concepts and theories and compare with the development of the children according to their age and what was investigated. For the data collection, an integral EDIN II development test and a sociodemographic record applied to parents were used. These results show that the stimulation of the cognitive area should be worked on by improving concentration, memory, language development and socialization.
