Systematization of pedagogical experiences in the EFL teaching training program

Abstract

Abstract: The present work, called systematization, aims to describe through vivid facts the process of compilation and investigation of the theory, and different concepts regarding the teaching experience, so that they are rationalized and the teaching processes can be applied correctly in the classrooms. In addition, it deals with the methodology that was used to implement these processes, also referring to the way in which my professional practice began, as well as the development of a series of lessons that have been taught at different levels. It is important to mention that the organization of the information and remembering said teaching experience allows adequate understanding and clarification about the importance of systematization, since each work must be planned and organized to obtain satisfactory results in the educational field. In general, it can be concluded that systematization not only provides the opportunity to be more critical about how and what was done, but also encourages a step-by-step reflection on all the previous and current lessons, considering the different methodologies that they have been learned and used for each level, thus improving the experience of teaching practice.
