Systematization of Pedagogical Experiences in the EFL Teaching Training Program

Abstract

Abstract: This Systematization of Pedagogical Experiences work is an important process to acquire enough experience from the teaching field. I will develop a short description and reflection about the teaching experiences from my personal overview and books. The educational practices were carried out in the city of Ambato in three public institutions with Basic Education and Bachillerato. The present work has three stages: first, the observation of the classes, second, experience as assistant teacher and finally, the experience as a main teacher. In the observation process I analyzed the classes of the main teacher and their abilities to manage the group. After that, I was the assistant teacher and supported the work of the main teacher. Finally, as main teacher I designed suitable lesson plans according to the students level. The purpose is to have a real contact with the educational setting, improve the teaching and learning process and put into practice the communicative competence. To sum up, the main conclusion is that the process of Systematization is vital to generate new professionals and improve the quality of the education.
