Abstract

Abstract: Childhood is the most important period of development for children, and state politics and programs designed for their care must guarantee their integral development. Therefore, it is important to know according to their age what are the skills and abilities that children master. That is why this research paper presents the topic "Evaluation of the integral development of children from 4 to 6 years old. 2020 school year . The objective was to determine how the integral development of children from 4 to 6 years of age occurs. The methods that were used for the development of the investigation were deductive, analytical-synthetic, dialectical and hermeneutic and the reading techniques, concept maps and summaries or paraphrases. The research instrument was the Scale of Integral Development of the Child from 1 to 6 years (EDIN II). It is concluded that the integral development of the child occurs with the progress and improvement of their skills and knowledge in the motor, cognitive, linguistic and socioaffective areas.
