| Abstract: | Abstract: The present research work is to carry out an analysis of the Profile of the tourist in the segment of first and second category of the city of Loja, province of Loja, year 2019, to carry out the proposed strategies with to reactivate the tourist activity in the city.The research was carried out in the first instance with the theoretical foundation, followed by the collection of field bibliographic and documentary information to be analyzed, with the objective of having a wide knowledge on the current situation of the city of Loja with regard to first and second category. Later, the topic of methodology and the application of surveys to the hotel establishments of the city is addressed, in order to determine the profile of the tourist who visits the city. Finally, according to the results obtained, the following strategies are proposed: Biosafety Protocols for the tourist plant in the city of Loja, Increase overnight stays in the accommodation and training establishments for language staff. |
| Description: | Resumen: El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como finalidad realizar un análisis del perfil del turista en el segmento de primera y segunda categoría de la ciudad de Loja, provincia de Loja, año 2019, para posteriormente realizar la propuesta de estrategias con la finalidad de reactivar la actividad turística en la ciudad.La investigación se llevó a cabo en primera instancia con la fundamentación teórica, seguido de la recopilación de información bibliográfica y documental de campo a analizarse, con el objetivo de tener un amplio conocimiento sobre la situación actual de la ciudad de Loja en lo que respecta a primera y segunda categoría. Posterior a ello, se aborda el tema de la metodología y la aplicación de encuestas a los establecimientos hoteleros de la ciudad, con la finalidad de determinar el perfil del turista que visita la ciudad. Finalmente, de acuerdo a los resultados obtenidos se procede a realizar la propuesta de las siguientes estrategias: Protocolos de Bioseguridad para la planta turística de la ciudad de Loja, Incrementar las noches de pernoctación en los establecimientos de hospedaje y Capacitación del personal en idiomas. |
