Abstract

Abstract:The present degree work entitled Systematization of the activities developed in the teaching-learningprocess in the teaching practice of the "José Angel Palacio" School of Basic Education, in the Loja canton, province of Loja, Ecuador, academic period October 2021-February 2022 , had the objective of evaluating the results of the teaching practice based on the analysis of the stages of the didactic process, the activities and the resources as elements of the class plan to reorient, base and innovate the professional teaching performance. This activity allowed the analysis of aspects that are part of the teaching practice; Through the hermeneutical method, a bibliographic compilation was achieved. Next, the deductive-inductive method was used, this allowed analyzing all the elements of the planning to reach a conclusion. Finally, the analytical-synthetic method was used, which facilitated the consolidation of four lesson plans in matrices that helped to discover weaknesses and strengths. As a result of the investigation, it is concluded that we worked with traditional and little innovative pedagogical proposals. Faced with this, it is recommended to implement an active constructivist education.
