La inteligencia artificial generativa en chat GPT como herramienta para la alfabetización digital de docentes de educación general básica

Abstract

Abstract: In recent years, society has experienced significant events that have impacted and transformed teaching-learning processes in diverse ways. A few years ago, the Covid-19 pandemic accelerated the implementation of innovative technologies as well as techniques and methods for the teaching process. teaching and learning, which otherwise would have taken years to be implemented, in such a way that the main objective of this research delves into the generative artificial intelligence tool CHAT GPT, as a facilitating resource in the digital literacy of basic education teachers. , for which designed a quasi-experimental, cross-sectional study, whose elements under study are made up of 23 teachers of the Higher Basic Sublevel who represent the entire population, to whom a pre- and post-test of knowledge was applied to enable the acquisition of quantitative assessments. A statistically positive relationship was determined between the application of CHAT GPT in digital literacy, reaching the conclusion that the aforementioned tool constitutes an ideal facilitating instrument to improve the digital competencies of teachers of the Higher Basic Sublevel.
