| Abstract: | Abstract: La sistematización de experiencias pedagógicas en el programa de formación docente de inglés como lengua extranjera se desarrollo con el objetivo de reflexionar y analizar los aspectos pedagógicos positivos y negativos de las prácticas preprofesionales como profesor de EFL, para el desarrollo del presente estudio fue necesario la aplicación y uso del método cualitativo; a través del cual el investigador pudo obtener información relevante gracias a dos escenarios; con esta información el investigador continuó el desarrollo y culminación de este estudio. El proceso para sistematizar la información que se encuentra en este informe final, empezó a partir de la observación de clases a nivel de educación básica y bachillerato, luego el investigador se convirtió en docente principal en el nivel de educación básica y bachillerato; luego esas experiencias se sustentó en información verificada en fuentes bibliográficas a través del marco teórico, continuando con el análisis de la observación y clases compartidas basadas en cuatro sub aspectos; finalmente se pudo obtener conclusiones y recomendaciones sobre todo el proceso de sistematización. Se encontro que los cuatro aspectos pedagógicos sistematizados: planeación, metodologia, aspectos linguisticos y manejo de la clases permitieron al investigador conocer cuales son los aspectos positivos y negativos que brindan la oportunidade de crear conocimiento como futuro decente de EFL. |
| Description: | Resumen: The systematization of pedagogical experiences in the teacher training program for English as a foreign language was developed with the objective of reflecting and analyzing the positive and negative pedagogical aspects of pre-professional practices as EFL teachers. For the development of the study, the qualitative method was used; through which the researcher was able to obtain relevant information in two scenarios; with this information, the researcher continued the development of this study. The process to systematize the information found in this final report began with the researcher observing classes, and then becoming a full-time teacher at the basic and upper secondary level; then these experiences were supported with verified information obtained from bibliographic sources through the theoretical framework, continuing with the analysis of the observation and shared classes based on four sub-aspects; finally, conclusions and recommendations were obtained. It was found that the four systematized pedagogical aspects: planning, methodology, linguistic aspects and learning management allowed the researcher to know which are the positive and negative aspects that provide the opportunity to create knowledge as a future EFL teacher. |
