Abstract

Abstract: Human rights were created out of the need to correct the behavior of man towards another human being, thus guaranteeing human dignity, freedom and equality in all people, based on universal principles and mutual respect; in other words, for the construction of fair, equitable, inclusive and peaceful societies. The creation of the 2030 agenda in terms of promoting gender equality, arises from the lack of education, political participation, employment, health and poverty that women, boys and girls are submerged in the world; its importance, helps the empowerment of women to social development and with this can reduce poverty. The plan for this development objective to become sustainable refers to the ability to prolong over time these tools that seek to find the balance between governments, businesses, civil society and individuals who are interested in an inclusive and respectful world.
