| Abstract: | Abstract: This research examines the right to equality and non-discrimination of HIV carriers in Ecuadorian constitutional jurisprudence. For this purpose, doctrine and sentences of the Constitutional Court have been included, to identify the jurisprudential line with respect to the principle of reinforced labor stability that HIV carriers have. |

Para ello, se ha incluido doctrina y sentencias de la Corte Constitucional, con el objetivo de identificar la línea jurisprudencial respecto al principio de estabilidad laboral reforzada que poseen las personas portadoras de VIH. |
