Systematization of pedagogical experiences in the EFL teaching training program

Abstract

Abstract: This curricular integration work, called Systematization of pedagogical experiences in the EFL teaching training, describes the pre-professional internship experience carried out in two academic periods, comprised of Practicum 1 and Practicum 2, divided in ten observation classes and ten classes as the main tutor, with the participation of students from the school and college section of a private institution in the city of Guayaquil. The primary objective was to organize, analyze, and critically reflect on the experience to gain significant learning and identify effective teaching practices and difficulties encountered during this process. The methodology implemented was descriptive with a qualitative approach. It was concluded that the strategies educators use can be improved, strengthening the needs of the students.
