Abstract: Abstract:The purpose of this work, entitled Systematization of pedagogical experiences in the teacher training program for English as a foreign language , is to systematize the experiences of pre-professional internships using qualitative methods, specifically observation and bibliographic research of related studies, to analyze these experiences with previously obtained material. The work was carried out based on observation practices in Practicum I and teaching experience in Practicum II, both in primary and high school, at a public educational institution in Sangolquí. It was concluded that English continues to be taught using traditional methods, with very little use of technology and group activities in the teaching-learning process, also translation is present in most classes. With the application of dynamic teaching, the results obtained were that students were more interested in the target language, where they felt they were protagonists of their learning, creating an immersive environment, where their entire environment was related to English so that students could have meaningful learning and reinforce their language skills.
