Abstract

Abstract: The objective of this study is to prepare a proposal for a social balance model for the Beatriz Cueva de Ayora high school in the city of Loja, through the analysis, application and evaluation of social management indicators, year 2015 of the city ​​of Loja, this project will allow the development of a technical tool that contributes to improving the social impact on the students, parents and teachers who make up the school, contributing to spiritual, personal and community growth. In the methodology, the descriptive, analytical and exploratory method was applied, the latter being the absence of prior research on the topic, allowing for gathering very useful information for the research. The survey was used as a technique, which was directed at teachers, students and parents. This research includes 4 chapters, the first is the theoretical framework, the second is the background of the institution; the third, results of the surveys applied to teachers, students and parents. The fourth proposes a social balance model.
